Here is a look that great for those ladies that are in a corporate environment. This individual pieces come together and say, “I am all business." What I love about this look is the punch of color in the jacket and scarf, while the cami and pants are the quintessential components of the traditional business suit. The pearls are classic and add sophistication to this look, while the handbag and shoes are practical for a busy work environment. These separates are great for mixing and matching to create other looks throughout the week.

Gone are the days of the corporate business suit "blue or black" with stockings and your basic black pump. Now, with many companies incorporating a business casual approach to their dress code, your options are endless. The woolen pants are all business, but the floral top softens the look. The accessories such as the handbag and shoes are functional and the necklace and ring are play, combined together they really complete this look. Give the look a tryfor your office.

There could be a possible collaboration between Adele and Burberry designer Christopher Bailey for a plus size line inspired by the "Rolling in the Deep" songstress. Adele who has always had an interest in fashion and this possible partnership would "...reflect her position as an ambassador for stylish, curvy women," reports the Daily Mail.
Burberry invited her to come to the studio with her stylist and together they worked on creating dresses for the awards season with her. Adele was captivating on the red carpet of the Grammys and BRIT Awards earlier this year and the alliance could spark a new relationship between the singer and the fashion company. In London the androgynous always wins out and fashion are center around the skinny girl, but this weekend, London Fashion Week celebrated the full figured woman and all her curves. Thirteen designers attended the fashion weekend, but the number was dwarfed by the almost 80 labels showing across town at the official London Fashion Week, where skinny girls still reign supreme.
The London organizers got their inspiration from New York's Plus Size Fashion week, which is in it's fifth year and hope to duplicate New York's success. "At the end, I hope there won't be two segregated shows. But for now, we want to give curvy women an option," said Rianne Ward, one of the organisers of the event and the creator of online magazine Evolve.
I say let's all applauded those who want to continue to stride towards better fashion options for the curvy by showing our full support.

Here is a look that is perfect for those who are transitioning from the winter to spring. The nautical inspired top is very much a spring style, while the boots and hooded anorak jacket gives protection from that winter chill that is still in air and the belt gives you definition by cinching the waist.

This is a really fun look for hourglass figure types. The belted denim long sleeve shirt is a perfect waist clincher. The berry in the top and boots gives this look a modern spin and pep up this outfit. The ruffles in the purse gives it a playful look without looking clownish.
